A Good Glass of Wine

A good glass of wine is a joyful space in time when all things halt except for that in which you wish to relish, or that you wish to hide away from contemplation. A potion for thoughtful and desired reflection, or an elixir to help sweep the day clean of unhappiness, hurt, and distain. It offers a quiet retreat from the sharp edges of real. Warm transportation to a thoroughly content relax with a ting of sexual hum that lies asleep awaiting a trigger, although just as content to remain in hibernation. It’s a greeter of sorts, giving one an instant appreciation for those that may not be as valued in a less colorful light than that of sauvignon red. Wine berries making the homely more charming, intriguing, and exotic.

Merlots are for the heavy days of undoing the wrongs when there should have been rights. Pinot Noirs for the evenings of passion with the one you love who keeps you safe in the night. Pinot grigio contains the just perfect soft sweet of summer enjoyed with the late setting sun. Bordeuaxs are for when you want to fill you lover’s ears with husky tones of lust. Save the Chianti for the table full of family brought together just because. The Carignan is for special moments when there are hard words that need to be said with an over coating of love. Drink Malbec in the east because it is plentiful there, and drink Chardonnay in the west because it's chic to share. There are too many wines to discuss beyond this short list. I think you get the point that good wine is pure and simply, a wonderful gift.
